First Batch is a hospitality company built around wine and gathering. Since opening our first winery in Brooklyn in 2010, we have created spaces where people come together to celebrate, connect, learn, and mark important moments in their lives. Today, First Batch operates wineries in Brooklyn, Washington D.C., and Chicago, each rooted in the character and culture of its neighborhood. Across our wineries, guests can experience wine in many forms: dinners in our tasting rooms, winery tours and educational experiences, private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and retail wine offerings. While each property has its own identity, all are connected by a shared belief that wine has a unique ability to bring people together.
BROOKLYN WINERY
Our flagship location, this boutique winery is located next to McCarren Park in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Featuring a Tasting Room, winery production space, and full service private event space perfect for weddings and corporate events.
CHICAGO WINERY
Chicago Winery, located in the heart of River North in downtown Chicago, offers multiple spaces built for stunning weddings, corporate, and private events. Our Tasting Room welcomes guests for wine, food, and tours.
DISTRICT WINERY
District Winery is located in the Navy Yard of Washington D.C., overlooking the Anacostia River, giving our guests waterfront views in the Tasting Room and from the rooftop of our private event and wedding space.
